Classroom Rule: Respect
Our classroom rule is respect. The most important person for each student to respect is his or herself by doing their best and learning everything they can. Students also need to respect the teacher and any other adults in the school. They should also respect the other students in class. This means to not say or do anything that would hurt anyone. Also, don't do anything to disrupt class. Everyone should have a chance to learn all they can. Finally, all students need to respect the school and everything in it.

Thank You Flywheelers!
We had a great time today at the Flywheelers Harvest Celebration. What an amazing event! Thank you to our chaperones and to all the great volunteers at the Flywheelers campground. Here is a picture of Miss Frank (far right) waiting to toss some wheat on a threshing machine! The class will tell you more about our day in the comments.

Snack Time!
Each morning we have snack and Miss Frank reads from a chapter book. Students should bring their own snack to school each day. Donations throughout the year of a box or two of graham crackers for students who forget their snack would really help out. Everyone has been great about sending in the games, tissues, wipes, and baggies that were asked for. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Glub, Glub*
*Translated from fish: Welcome to the first day of school in Room B-4!
Thanks to recent Charlevoix graduate and current University of Michigan freshman Katie Mays we have two fish to greet us each morning, including this very important morning, the first day of school! They get to live in the coolest fishbowl ever, a converted Macintosh Classic! Now, what shall we name them? Write your suggestions in the comments and we will have a poll to decide.
